Digital Marketing Manager

"Bikey Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Digital Marketing Manager.

Location: Tbilisi

Position Purpose:

Managing the digital marketing direction, coordinating the agency, analyzing results, and developing the company's digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Managing the advertising agency, briefing, and controlling campaigns; Analyzing the results of digital campaigns and regular reporting; Monitoring the marketing budget, leads, conversion, CPL, Cost per Sale, and ROAS; Coordinating the quality of leads and results with the sales team; Communicating with the technical team of the website and application; Managing updates, bugs, and new functionality on the website and application; Working on improving the digital customer experience and conversion; Planning content for social media and other digital channels; Coordinating visual and textual materials needed for digital campaigns; Controlling the correct reflection of marketing sources and leads in CRM.

Main KPIs:

Effective management of the agency and campaigns; Number, quality of leads, and conversion to sales; CPL, Cost per Sale, ROAS, and Marketing-Attributed Revenue; Accuracy and timeliness of reporting; Timely execution of technical issues on the website and application; Execution of the digital content plan; Growth of website traffic and conversion.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00.
