Procurement Specialist

DESIGN MALL is a design and renovation materials mall in Tbilisi, where you can select renovation materials, furniture, and decor in one space, and also receive services from professional designers and architects.

We are looking for a qualified, responsible, and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our professional team to effectively implement current and planned activities.

Job location: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time Salary: negotiable

Key responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the procurement process in accordance with the company's needs; Find, evaluate, and select existing and potential suppliers; Communicate with suppliers, negotiate prices and commercial terms; Compare prices, terms, and offers and make optimal decisions; Prepare, formalize, and control the execution of procurement orders; Control the delivery dates, quantities, and quality of products and materials; Manage and develop relationships with suppliers; Produce and systematize procurement-related documentation; Monitor inventory information and timely identify needs; Process and coordinate procurement requests from various departments; Optimize costs and find the best commercial terms in the procurement process; Prepare reports and necessary information related to procurement for management.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Logistics, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience working in procurement; Experience in negotiations and communication with suppliers; Good knowledge of the procurement process stages; Analytical thinking and attention to detail; High sense of responsibility, organization, and effective time management; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Professional-level English language skills.

Advantageous:

Experience working in the construction industry; Experience in procurement of repair or construction materials; Knowledge of construction and repair materials, their specifics, and the market; Experience working with ERP or procurement management programs.
