Job description:
Assemble and collect orders according to the waybill; Distribute products according to established priorities; Prepare orders for transportation; Create sales documents and reflect information in the 1C ERP system; Record box sales; Conduct internal inventory during working hours and verify existing stocks (SKU/BULK); Ensure the accuracy of inventory records during working hours; Ensure proper storage of existing stocks and maintain the temperature regime to preserve the quality of raw materials; Timely inform the Distribution Center Manager about identified errors and discrepancies; Distribute tasks among employees and coordinate their performance according to the plan developed by the Distribution Center Manager; Ensure the order of the work zone and perimeter; Comply with safety standards and established warehouse management standards; Perform additional tasks defined by the immediate supervisor within the functions of the position.
Qualification requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in coordinating warehouse or distribution center processes; Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word); Experience working in the 1C ERP system is desirable;
