Junior Analyst - Strategic Projects and M&A

Liberty Bank announces a vacancy for a Junior Analyst position in the Strategic Projects and M&A direction, in the Financial Analysis and Strategic Projects Department.

Location: Tbilisi, Head Office. Working hours: Standard Deadline: November 9, 2026

Main functions and responsibilities:

Strategic Projects and Financial Analysis: - Participation in preparing financial models for strategic and investment projects; - Support for financial analysis and scenarios for business cases; - Data collection, structuring, and detailed analysis.

Large Corporate Loan Pricing Analysis: - Support in pricing analysis of large corporate and complex cross-sell loans; - Participation in assessing loan profitability; - Analysis of credit structure parameters; - Information exchange and coordination with risk and business teams.

Market Assessment: - Detailed research of target markets and sectors; - Collection and analysis of financial data for potential M&A target companies; - Support in preparing valuation models (DCF, multiples); - Participation in the short-listing process of targets.

Qualification Requirements: - A holder of a higher education degree or a final-year student in finance, economics, business, or a related field; - 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, audit, or consulting; - Internship experience will be considered a plus.

Professional Skills: - Advanced knowledge of Excel (financial formulas, basic modeling); - Basic knowledge of financial analysis and valuation; - Analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); - Preparation of structured presentations in PowerPoint.

Personal Skills: - Analytical thinking; - Detail orientation; - Communication skills; - Ability to work in a team and independently; - Quick adaptability; - Proactivity
