Real Estate Agency "Keyline Group" is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Agent / Broker position.

Work schedule: 5 days a week, 10:00 – 17:00 (weekends: Sunday and one additional day off during the week, to be chosen) Remuneration: fully performance-based, 1,500 – 8,000+ GEL (growing brokerage percentage) Address: 87b, Akaki Tsereteli St.

Key responsibilities: - Monitoring the real estate market and searching for new objects; - Posting and managing ads on leading real estate portals; - Communicating with potential buyers, renters, and owners; - Conducting meetings, property viewings, and negotiations; - Accompanying transactions until successful completion and reporting.

Qualification requirements: - Work experience in sales or customer service will be considered an advantage (if you don't have experience, we will teach you on the job); - Good and convincing communication skills; - Knowledge of foreign languages (English or Russian at a conversational level) will be considered an advantage; - Basic knowledge of office computer programs and the internet.
