Social Media and Marketing Manager

Winery Ikalto / მეღვინეობა იყალთო is a Georgian wine and alcoholic beverages producer that combines centuries-old Georgian winemaking traditions with modern production technologies.

The company creates and develops wine brands with different characters, concepts, and positioning. Our portfolio includes Winery Ikalto, Drunk Zodiaks, Nadimi, and Fragmenti.

As the company grows and its brands gain recognition, Winery Ikalto is announcing an opening for a Social Media and Marketing Manager position.

We are looking for a person who will actively participate in the development of our brands, create interesting and effective communications, and be responsible for planning and implementing the company's social media and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities - Developing and implementing the company's and its brands' social media and marketing strategy; - Working on positioning, increasing awareness, and developing the communication style of the brands Winery Ikalto, Drunk Zodiaks, Nadimi, and Fragmenti; - Managing and developing the company's social media channels, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms; - Compiling a monthly content calendar, planning and posting content in various formats such as posts, stories, reels, and others; - Planning high-quality, engaging textual and visual content for social media that matches the character of each brand; - Developing photo and video content ideas and concepts, planning and organizing photo shoots; - Preparing ideas and scenarios for reels, TikTok, and other short video formats, and coordinating the content creation process; - Collaborating with designers, photographers, videographers, advertising, and creative agencies, preparing briefs and controlling the quality of final materials; - Planning, launching, managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager; - Using Google Ads and other digital advertising channels as needed; - Determining advertising audiences, campaign goals, budgets, and relevant KPIs; - Effectively using the advertising budget and regularly analyzing campaign results; - Monitoring brand audience, reach, engagement, follower growth, and other important indicators, and working to improve them; - Planning and implementing launch campaigns for new products and brands; - Developing and implementing various marketing campaigns, special offers, promotional activities, and collaborations; - Planning and coordinating cooperation with influencers, media outlets, and other partners; - Coordinating the preparation of the company's advertising and branded materials, presentations, catalogs, POS materials, banners, and other communication materials; - Participating in planning and organizing tastings, exhibitions, festivals, presentations, and other marketing events; - Monitoring the local and international wine market, competitors, consumer behavior, and modern marketing trends; - Close collaboration with sales and export teams and providing relevant marketing support; - Analyzing the results of implemented marketing activities and advertising campaigns, and preparing periodic reports.

Qualification Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or marketing; - Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms and modern trends; - Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience in independently managing advertising campaigns; - Experience in creating social media strategy and content plan; - Ability to analyze key KPIs and results of advertising campaigns; - Ability to create content, come up with interesting ideas, and form the brand's communication style; - Good knowledge of photo and video content specifics and modern social media formats; - Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar programs will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics will be considered an advantage; - Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian; - Good knowledge of English; - Creative and analytical thinking; - High sense of responsibility, organization, initiative, and result-orientedness; - Ability to manage multiple projects and different brands simultaneously; - Experience working in the wine, alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or HoReCa sector will be considered a significant advantage.

Working Conditions - Salary: 2,000 – 3,000 GEL, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications; - Work schedule: full-time, Monday – Friday; - Work location: Tbilisi (Lilo) / Telavi
