We are looking for a Content Creator to join our Marketing Department, who will develop a content strategy for real estate projects and create relevant content that captures the audience's attention and reflects on the project's results.

Your tasks will include
- Developing content strategy and monthly content plans
- Expanding marketing strategy and advertising concept into content
- Planning campaigns and determining content direction

- Coordinating with graphic designers, advertisers, sales teams, and account leads to bring ideas from paper to screen
- Researching content trends and using them in advertising communication

Who we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in content creation
- Strong storytelling skills: you know how to convey a story that evokes emotions and encourages the audience to take action
- You correctly perceive strategy and advertising concept and know how to expand it into daily content
- You write in Georgian and English briefly, accurately, and tastefully
- You are familiar with reels and video trends and know how to keep the audience's attention from the first seconds
- You think creatively and have a wide perspective: you find ideas everywhere, in movies, literature, architecture, or art
- You can work on several projects in parallel and meet deadlines
- You have a portfolio that showcases your vision and level
Preference will be given to
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Experience creating real estate content
- Copywriting experience
- Knowledge of foreign languages
- Reasonable use of AI tools: you know how to speed up the workflow without losing the content's vision and handwriting
