Warehouse Manager

LLC "Old Kakheti Distribution Company" is looking for new team members for the position of Warehouse Manager.

Location: Tbilisi; Work schedule: 5 days a week; Remuneration: according to experience;

Responsibilities:

Organization and management of daily warehouse activities; Control of product receipt, placement, storage, and issuance processes; Control of product balances in the warehouse; Production of relevant documentation, including acts of receipt and transfer of purchased products and a register of outgoing invoices; Prevention of product shortages and surpluses; Coordination of warehouse employees' activities; Issuance of material assets and other inventory to employees upon request; Maintenance of the material and technical base and ensuring its proper condition; Control of transportation means involved in the distribution process; Participation in the inventory process as needed; Submission of reports to management upon request.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in a similar position; Knowledge of warehouse management processes; Knowledge of office programs (MS Excel) is desirable; Experience working with warehouse programs will be considered an advantage; Organizational skills, high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and manage.
