The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Procurement Coordinator.

Work schedule - full-time

Workplace - Chakvi

Direct supervisor - Head of Procurement Department

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Managing the procurement process in accordance with the company's goals, strategy, and internal procurement procedures;

• Conducting market research, selecting suppliers considering price and quality;

• Planning procurement and controlling budget compliance;

• Determining the minimum and maximum balances of each product for sale, based on the sales plan, and ensuring optimal inventory planning;

• Forming a base of transport companies, organizing the delivery process, and ensuring a timely and cost-effective delivery cycle;

• Ensuring the return of products that do not meet the company's quality standards to the supplier;

• Signing contracts with suppliers, acceptance and transfer acts, and administering related documentation;

• Controlling debtor/creditor obligations and payment terms with suppliers;

• Preparing documents for customs control and controlling procedures;

• Expanding the range of products for sale based on the realization of the existing assortment and market trends;

• Maintaining, updating, and developing the supplier base;

• Preparing procurement-related reports and presenting them to management.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);

• English language skills are required, Russian language skills are desirable.
