Construction Cost Estimator

Company "Arch-Coni" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Cost Estimator.

Company "Arch-Coni" has been operating on the construction market since 2022. The services of "Arch-Coni" include: design, production and installation of facade systems and metal structures. The company's team consists of highly qualified engineering staff. Job conditions:

Fixed salary (Net): 2000-2500 GEL (depending on experience) Location: Tbilisi, T. Chantladze st. #11g Work schedule: Full-time; (Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:00)

Main responsibilities:

Analysis of technical documentation for construction projects, calculation of volumes and detailed processing of BOQ; Planning the project budget and preparing cost estimates; Preparation of work performance schedules based on BOQ; Research of market prices for works and materials, preparation and optimization of estimates; Preparation of tender packages, comparative analysis and evaluation of incoming proposals; Control of current expenses, monitoring and analysis of compliance with cost estimates; Preparation of the act of performed construction works (form №2), searching, processing and reflection of necessary information; Preparation of write-off acts based on the act of performed construction works (form №2); Comparison of current construction and repair costs with budgeted costs during the construction process; Preparation of change cost estimates and participation in the approval process; Close cooperation with technical, architectural and engineering teams.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education (preferably in technical, financial or exact sciences); At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of construction technologies (knowledge of facade systems will be considered an advantage); Computer skills (MS Word & Excel, MS Project); AutoCad/ ArchiCad (at the level of reading drawings/projects); Working knowledge of English and Russian languages.
