Social Media Manager - Volunteer

The charitable foundation "Together Let's Change the World" is looking for a new team member for the position of Social Media Manager.

About the Foundation Our foundation's activities are entirely dedicated to caring for children's health - through funding medications and operations.

All processes and activities of the foundation are managed by volunteers. We have no operating costs: no one receives a salary, we do not cover travel expenses, and we do not purchase services. If necessary, organizational expenses are financed by volunteers themselves using their own funds.

This means that 100% of donations go towards helping children.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a creative, responsible, and initiative-taking person who loves social media, is interested in digital communication, and wants to do something important with their knowledge and ideas.

Social Media Manager (Volunteer)

Work conditions:

• **Work format: fully remote;
• **Load: at least one post per week on our social channels;
• **Schedule: flexible, compatible with studies or main job;
• **Remuneration: volunteer, no payment.

Key functions and responsibilities * **Managing and developing the foundation's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms); * **Developing a social media content plan and planning publications; * **Conveying the stories of beneficiary children, charity campaigns, and information about the foundation's activities in an interesting and emotionally correct way; * **Preparing texts for posts and participating in the process of creating visual materials; * **Offering new ideas, campaigns, and ways to increase engagement for social media; * **Publishing posts and communicating with the audience; * **Monitoring key social media indicators (reach, engagement, subscriber growth) and working to improve results; * **Collaborating with other foundation volunteers in planning campaigns and information activities.

What do we expect from you?

• **Good written communication skills in Georgian and the ability to create interesting texts;
• **Creativity, initiative, and a desire to offer new ideas;
• **Organization and a high sense of responsibility;
• **Ability to work in a team and independently;
• **Experience in managing social media is desirable but not required;
• **Desire to use your abilities for volunteer work and helping children.
