We, "McDonald's Georgia", have been operating on the Georgian market since 1999 and are one of the first companies to have made a significant contribution to the development of the service culture in the country.

Today, we serve our guests with 29 restaurants (Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Zugdidi, Telavi), and our large team already unites more than 2600 young employees.

Main responsibilities of the Hospitality Leader position:

• Welcoming guests with kindness;
• Managing guest flow;
• Assisting guests to order at kiosks located in our restaurants;
• Providing guests with menu selection advice;
• Presenting our new products and promotions to guests;
• Providing guests with information about the quality of our products and their nutritional values;
• Responding to and assisting guests with their questions and requests;

Education, qualifications and skills

• Education: Higher (Bachelor)
• Qualifications: Work experience in sales or service sector, experience in communicating with clients;

Foreign language: Knowledge of English is required.
