"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Nurse in Reanimation-Anesthesia at the Poti Hospital.

Work location: Poti, Guri St. №171;

Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour rate;

Main functions-responsibilities:

• Monitoring the implementation of nursing protocols, policies and rules provided by the head office on a medical institution scale;
• Managing / monitoring the process of implementing infection control and epidemiological surveillance guidelines and protocols;
• Ensuring compliance with sanitary norms, including managing sterilization, decontamination, disinfection and waste disposal processes;
• Control of infectious waste in a medical institution (management of waste sorting processes, placement and weighing of hazardous waste in a waiting room) with a specified periodicity, ensuring the removal of hazardous waste from the medical institution and uploading data to the portal;
• Communication with the relevant external company to resolve issues related to waste disposal, if necessary, informing the relevant structural unit of the head office;
• Monitoring the proper functioning of medical equipment available in the medical institution;
• Daily inspection of drugs subject to special control, in accordance with a predetermined standard, control of consumption and crossing;
• Opening and closing hospital sheets for patients, based on the manager's confirmation;
• Monitoring the implementation of medical manipulations by nurses;
• Participation in the discussion of issues of dissatisfied patients related to the activities of subordinate employees;
• Cabinets巡逻/control;
• Monitoring the process of programmatically recording medical expenses and medical consumables by nurses;
• Monitoring the process of shift handover, counting / counting drug expenses and balances;
• Requesting and ensuring the placement of the required amount of medical consumables and drugs at posts;
• Within the framework of state programs, information is extracted from the portal, prepared for submission and provided to the relevant department regarding the manipulations performed (for example, screening programs, vaccination, COVID tests, antenatal program);
• Compilation of duty schedules for subordinate employees, knowledge of duty schedules for department nurses and provision of information to the link responsible for personnel administration;
• Recording attendance of subordinate employees;
• Confirmation of leave of subordinate employees, confirmation by the direct supervisor of a special form and submission to the link responsible for personnel administration;
• If necessary, optimal redistribution / replacement of resources of subordinate employees in order to ensure uninterrupted conduct of service processes;
• Participation in the employee selection process;
• Training of new employees, assistance in adaptation to the work environment;
• Providing recommendations to the direct supervisor during the evaluation process of the probationary period of a subordinate employee;

Job Requirements:

• Specialized secondary education: Nursing or higher medical education;

• At least 3 years of experience working as a nurse in a medical institution;

• Experience working as a senior nurse and/or head nurse is desirable;

• Ability to perform nursing manipulations;

• Basic knowledge of office programs;

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and specialties;
