Work rate

The categories of academic staff load are:

A) A category - full load, which implies the performance of auditorium (contact-teaching), non-contact (research) and office (contact-administrative) work for affiliated academic staff.

B) B category - part-time load, which implies mainly contact-teaching academic hours and a small amount of non-contact-research work, preparation of exam questions, supervision of exams, pre- and post-exam consultations for affiliated academic staff.

C) Category C - Part-time, which implies contact - teaching hours, preparation of exam questions, supervision of exams, pre- and post-exam consultations for non-affiliated academic staff.

A and B categories can be chosen by the university's affiliated academic staff.

C category can be chosen by the university's non-affiliated academic staff.

The workload of the categories and its remuneration are reviewed in detail in the Rule of Academic and Invited Staff Load (Annex 1).

Criteria for the academic position:

Professor

1. Doctor's or equivalent academic degree 2. At least 6 (six) years of experience working in a higher educational institution in a scientific-pedagogical direction; 3. For clinical disciplines - a certificate of medical activity corresponding to the competitive direction and 9 (nine) years of clinical experience; 4. Has a conceptual vision for university research and/or development of an educational program

5. Scientific activity is confirmed by scientific publications, reports at international scientific conferences published in impact factor journals in the relevant competitive direction over the last 10 years. It is desirable that the professor's scientific productivity index (h-index) be at least 3 (according to Google Scholar search engine data);

6. Experience in implementing scientific or other projects

7. Actively participates in qualification improvement and professional development events, in corresponding and/or teaching methods

8. Speaks English at a level sufficient for conducting the educational process (at least B2 level according to the European Qualification Framework for Foreign Languages)

Associate Professor

1. A doctoral or equivalent academic degree

2. At least 3 (three) years of experience working in a higher educational institution in a scientific-pedagogical direction.

3. For clinical disciplines - a certificate of medical activity corresponding to the competitive direction and 5 (five) years of clinical experience; 4. Conceptual vision for the development of an educational program module/component and/or university research

5. Experience in implementing scientific or other types of projects

6. Scientific activity is confirmed by scientific publications, reports at international scientific conferences published in scientific journals (s) with an impact factor over the last 10 years in the relevant competitive field, and it is desirable for the scientific productivity index (h-index) to be at least 2 (according to Google Scholar data);

7. Actively participates in qualification improvement and professional development events in the relevant field and/or teaching methods

8. Has a good command of English at a level corresponding to the implementation of the educational process (at least B2 level according to the European Qualification Framework for Foreign Languages).
