"Haniel Cement" has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. "Haniel Cement" is the sole producer of clinker in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, "Haniel Cement" operates 15 concrete plants.

"Haniel Cement" is announcing a paid internship at the Kaspi cement plant for the position of Clinker, Refrigerator and Conveyor Supervisor.

Location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2

Schedule: Full-time, shift work, 12-hour shifts, no more than 40 hours a week;

Number: 1

Internship duration: 1 month (with prospects for further employment)

Main responsibilities:

Taking over and handing over shifts, checking aggregates; Supervising and controlling the smooth process of the refrigerator; Preventing emergency situations within the scope of competence, providing information to the shift supervisor in case of an emergency shutdown; Strictly following the instructions of the rotary kiln operator and shift supervisor; Controlling the level of materials on the clinker, refrigerator and silo feed conveyor devices and informing the shift supervisor; Monitoring the proper functioning of the hydraulic system and associated pumps; Cleaning the workplace and adjacent territory before handing over the shift; Ensuring compliance with the sampling procedure (disposing of the old clinker sample before taking a new one); Adhering to the company's labor safety rules and regulations in force on the work area.

Desirable: Experience working in production; Experience working with aggregates; Punctuality; Sense of responsibility; Teamwork skills; Analytical skills.
