Company "Biji Architecture" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Architect.
We are looking for an experienced Architect to engage in the research, concept development, documentation preparation, and coordination with relevant authorities for urban planning projects.
Main responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed working drawings of architectural projects in accordance with applicable legislation, construction norms, and technical regulations; Preparation of design documentation and drawings necessary to obtain a construction permit; Correction, processing, and updating of architectural projects; Checking and coordination of architectural and engineering projects for compliance with each other; Identification of technical inconsistencies and possible intersections in projects and participation in their elimination; Preparation of project details, nodes, and specifications; Preparation and calculation of material lists and quantities; Active participation in all stages of the project from concept to working documentation; Collaboration with project team members, engineers, consultants, and other involved parties; Control of the quality of design documentation and deadlines; Participation in the coordination process with relevant state and municipal authorities if necessary.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in Architecture; At least 5 years of experience working on architectural projects; Good knowledge of construction norms, technical regulations, and relevant legislation; Experience in preparing design documentation necessary to obtain a construction permit; Ability to prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation; Knowledge of AutoCAD; Knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD; Experience in coordinating architectural and engineering projects; Ability to independently manage project tasks and meet deadlines.
