Analyst

International company is announcing a vacancy for an Analyst position.

Location: Tbilisi, Ortachala;

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:30;

Salary: 3000 Net.

Main functions:

Preparation of analytical assessments before launching marketing actions and campaigns - target audience, expected results, effectiveness forecast, financial and business effect calculation;

Analytical support for current marketing projects, data collection, processing, and evaluation of project effectiveness - monitoring of received results;

Regular collection and processing of data from digital and traditional marketing channels (Google Analytics, Social Media, CRM system, etc.);

Analysis of A/B testing results for website, advertising banners, and campaign optimization;

Analysis of customer behavior, sales, loyalty program, and digital channel data;

Monitoring and analysis of market, competitor, and customer trends;

Evaluation of results and KPI of implemented actions and campaigns and preparation of detailed reports;

Regular analysis and reporting of ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment);

Creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and interactive dashboards;

Offering data-driven recommendations, ideas, and optimization ways for the marketing department;

Support for data-driven decision-making, planning targeted and economically optimal marketing campaigns and projects;

Coordination with the IT department on issues related to actions and marketing projects, preparation of technical tasks and documentation.

Qualification requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field;

English language proficiency - B2 level;

Experience working with CRM systems and Google Analytics;

Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar tool);
