Technical Service Specialist

Position Title: Technical Service Specialist (future Route Manager)

"Orkin Georgia" is a leading multinational group, part of Orkin International, which serves hotels, businesses, and other clients in around 80 countries, providing pest prevention and control services (deratization, disinsection, disinfection, and related specialized services).

Key Responsibilities: - Inspecting, monitoring, and technical processing of objects (outdoor and indoor spaces); - Safe use of special materials and chemical agents in accordance with established regulations; performing deratization/dissection/disinfection works; - Monthly visits to objects according to the schedule; - Maintenance of technical equipment, machinery, and vehicles; - Communication and consultation with clients on hygiene and building maintenance issues; - Recording work documentation, visits, and resources used on the relevant platform; planning and coordinating routes with the Service Manager and company management; - Quick and professional response to client feedback; - Collaboration with various company departments.

Working hours: Full-time, standard rate Location: Tbilisi

Requirements: - Higher education or/and vocational training (retraining courses) are desirable; - (Not required) work experience in the service sector; - A driver's license (category B) and at least 2 years of driving experience are required;
