International Patient and Partner Relationship Manager

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of International Patient and Partner Relationship Manager.

Job conditions:

• Location: Tbilisi;
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30.

Job description:

Growth of treatment program sales:

• Attracting new international partners (B2B) and patients (B2C) using all possible tools and channels to promote the clinic's services and increase program sales;
• Offering service packages to patients and partners, familiarizing them with the conditions, and interesting them in the clinic's services;
• Gaining the trust of international partners and patients and strengthening their loyalty, which is the basis for the clinic's revenue growth.

Involvement in marketing activities:

• Participation in organizing seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars organized by the clinic;
• Organizing and participating in meetings with potential patients in target countries and/or events.

Communication with partners and patients:

• Establishing relationships with agencies, agents, and patients and ensuring smooth communication in the program sales process;
• Ensuring communication with patients undergoing treatment if necessary;
• In case of negative feedback, identifying the problem, correcting it, and restoring goodwill.

Monitoring financial operations: creating treatment packages or agreed invoices with the billing manager and monitoring accruals.

Qualification requirements:

• English language, B2;
• Russian language, B2;
• Direct experience working in sales at a reproductive medicine clinic is required.
