"OL-P Group" announces a vacancy for the position of Hydroisolation Engineer.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Main function - responsibilities:

Selection of hydroisolation systems and development of relevant engineering solutions; Study and analysis of project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications; Technical supervision and quality control of the process of performing hydroisolation works; Ensuring compliance of used materials and performed works with project requirements and applicable technical standards; Control of the execution of hydroisolation units and technically complex sections; Determination and verification of the volume of works and the required amount of materials; Timely identification of technical flaws and inconsistencies and development of relevant engineering solutions; Technical supervision of subcontractors and personnel performing the work; Control of the plan-schedule and deadlines for the execution of works; Search, study, and technical evaluation of new hydroisolation materials and technologies; Effective technical communication with the customer, project team, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the project; Preparation of technical documentation and relevant reports for the performed works; Participation in the process of testing, inspection, and acceptance of hydroisolation systems; Control of compliance of hydroisolation works with applicable construction norms, technical standards, and project requirements.

Qualification requirements:

At least 1-year work experience in hydroisolation, painting, or related construction fields; Higher education in construction, engineering, technical, or related fields; Knowledge of hydroisolation materials and execution technologies; Communication-level knowledge of English and Russian languages; Working-level knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD; Ability to read and analyze technical documentation and drawings.
