Warehouse Manager

The Georgian manufacturing company "Elvare", which has been operating on the market since 2015, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

The company is located in Tbilisi, on a 31,500 sq.m area near the airport. The company stands out with modern management approaches, the latest equipment, and European standard products. Working conditions

• Salary: 2000 GEL, with a bonus during the probation period;

• Work schedule: 5 working days a week; 09:00-18:00;

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Aghladze street №32;

• Corporate health insurance: (after 3 months);

What will you do?

• Manage the warehouse, ensuring a safe and organized environment;

• Receive, count and physically place products in the warehouse/store according to the established standard;

• Receive imported products (electrical goods/other additional small products) in the warehouse according to the established standard, ensure placement/stocking and software accounting of inventories;

• Collect, verify and issue products according to incoming orders in the warehouse or sales outlets;

• Ensure the storage conditions of products in the warehouse (placement on pallets, packaging, placement on shelves);

• Work in the warehouse program, monitor written processes and strictly follow the rules (if any);

• Control the inventory and balances in the warehouse;

• Load distribution vehicles according to waybills;

• Participate in the process of warehouse inventory and description;

• Comply with existing hygiene, quality, labor safety and other standards in the company;

• Constantly work on the development strategy of the warehouse together with the team;

• Maintain teamwork in the warehouse and constantly care about increasing employee motivation;

• Timely execution of other tasks related to the position and competence assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Mandatory requirements

• Higher education;

• 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Team management experience

• Basic knowledge of MS Office;

• Practical experience in managing an autoloader is desirable;

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a communicative level is desirable.
