We are looking for: a motivated, stable and development-oriented team member on the construction site, full-time: Health and Safety Specialist.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Monitoring the protection of labor safety norms at the construction site and assessing risks;

• Controlling the implementation of labor safety policy and implementing preventive measures;

• Production of documentation defined by legislation and filling in labor safety journals;

• Daily accounting of personnel employed on the site and timely submission of attendance tables to relevant persons to ensure accident insurance.

• Conducting labor safety briefings and trainings;

• Ensuring and controlling the provision of personal protective equipment to personnel and their use;

• Timely identification of incidents, violations and threats and informing the management;

• Timely identification and resolution of conflict situations in order to protect labor safety standards;

• Fulfillment of the manager's instructions and coordinated work with relevant departments.

Qualification requirements:

• A certificate of labor safety issued by an accredited body;

• Knowledge of the Organic Law of Georgia "On Labor Safety" and related normative acts;

• At least one year of experience in a similar position (preference will be given to experience working on a construction site);

• Knowledge of office programs at the user level;

Personal skills:

• High sense of responsibility;

• Organization and discipline;

• Attention to detail;

• Ability to manage / eliminate problematic situations;

• Ability to work in a team and be collegial.
