Restaurant Manager

LLC "Wine Cellar Khareba" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Restaurant Manager at the Kvareli Wine Gviranebi.

Work location: Kakheti, Kvareli; Work schedule: 6-day workweek; Remuneration - 4000 GEL;

Main responsibilities:

Participate in developing the restaurant's development strategy; Plan the annual budget; Manage the food and beverage department's operations and budget in accordance with standards; Conduct training on customer service standards; Participate in marketing events; Provide training and ensure timely updates; Control cleanliness in the restaurant and bar; Formulate action goals, identify ways to achieve them, and monitor performance according to the plan; Agree on the menu with the head chef; Control the quantity of drinks and food; Interact and control the supply staff; Take responsibility for the team's work; Effectively manage work processes; Strategically plan current processes, ensure coordinated work, organization, and control; Control existing material resources/inventory and participate in the inventory process; Ensure high-quality service and monitor activity quality; Manage the organization of a full range of events; Consider comments received from guests and provide information to the head chef and complex manager; respond accordingly in case of negative reviews; Monitor compliance with labor protection rules, sanitary, and hygienic norms; Conduct negotiations with company suppliers and customers and maintain long-term relationships;

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in the restaurant field; At least 3 years of experience as a manager; Ensure and maintain hospitality standards; Ability to manage a team; Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level; Ability to negotiate; Knowledge of labor safety norms; Ability to prepare documentation;
