Landmarker Group is announcing a vacancy for the position:

Head Chef at Khada Hütte Gudauri

Job location: Gudauri resort (company-provided accommodation and meals)

Work period: December-April (seasonal)

Remuneration: fixed salary + bonus system

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Planning and managing culinary activities and events focused on promoting the restaurant and increasing sales

• Implementing creative and innovative ideas considering seasonality, customer needs, and market trends

• Optimal distribution, leadership, selection, and development of the kitchen team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to established standards

• Training and retraining of object employees to maintain food safety and hygiene standards

• Managing and ensuring the process of providing meals for object employees

• Controlling the food preparation process - speed, accuracy, and aesthetics. Evaluating and constantly monitoring the quality of work performed by personnel

• Planning food purchases and inventory, effective communication with suppliers. Controlling inventory and warehouses

• Ensuring timely, standard, and high-quality preparation of dishes; constant monitoring of visual presentation and taste properties

• Constant control of the technical equipment of the kitchen, hygiene, and sanitary conditions

• Analyzing customer feedback and making corresponding adjustments to dishes and service quality

• Assisting employees in necessary activities for the smooth operation of the kitchen and object (including personal receipt of purchased products, arranging internal/external spaces)

• Strict adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, food safety, local norms) and regular retraining of employees in this direction

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef

• Creative and innovative vision

• Team leadership and fast, effective communication skills

• Experience in managing kitchen operational and financial processes (recipes, calculations, budgeting)

• Knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards (especially HACCP)
