"Element Construction" announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Engineer. Work location: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities: - Detailed study of the project documentation presented by the customer, identification of errors, inconsistencies, and insufficient information. - Close cooperation with the project group to clarify the documentation and promptly eliminate deficiencies. - Design of structural elements of various complexity and production of precise engineering and construction calculations. - Ensuring full compliance of projects with construction norms and standards. - Selection of optimal construction materials taking into account design requirements and environmental conditions. - Creation of project documentation, correction, and improvement of existing projects. - On-site study at the construction site to assess existing conditions and limitations. - Development of recommendations to optimize the project's execution and construction process. - Ensuring effective communication between the company's commercial, technical, design, and construction groups.

Qualification requirements: - Higher technical education in the field of civil engineering or construction. - Experience in the position of Construction Engineer or a similar position. - Knowledge of construction norms and standards; - Project and engineering programs: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD - Proficiency in English and Russian at a communicative level is desirable.

Skills: - Logical and analytical thinking; - Organizational skills; - Punctuality; - High sense of responsibility.
