Terms:

**Location:** Tbilisi **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00; **Probation period:** 6 months **Salary:** 900 GEL, paid in cash

Main functions and responsibilities:

Greet patients or visitors arriving at the hospital in a polite manner, provide necessary information, and direct them further as needed; Provide initial necessary information and familiarize patients with hospital services; Assist patients in orienting themselves within the hospital; Identify patient needs and provide proper guidance; Inform patients about their rights, considering the policy of American Hospital Tbilisi; Ensure confidentiality of personal and medical information related to patients; Identify and resolve problems of dissatisfied patients or their family members within the scope of competence and authority; Participate in the process of assessing patient satisfaction.

Qualification requirements:

**Higher education** in Public Relations, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or other relevant specialties; **Desirable:** experience working in a similar or analogous position; **English language proficiency at B2 level**.
