"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Legal Counsel at the Akhaltsikhe Referral Hospital.

"Georgia Clinics" is the largest hospital network in Georgia.

Work location: Akhaltsikhe, Rustaveli St. №105 а Working hours: 8 hours, Monday to Friday;

Main responsibilities:

Providing legal consultations and explanations within the scope of competence on legal issues related to the company's activities; Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the signing and execution of contract drafts, agreements, and other transactions with the initiating structural unit; Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the signing of letter and statement drafts independently or with other structural units; Preparing/reviewing drafts of orders (except for personnel orders), regulations, and other similar documents independently or with other structural units; Taking necessary actions to obtain relevant licenses and permits required for the company's activities; Ensuring the registration of the company's real estate and other rights in the public registry, business registry, and other authorities; Conducting negotiations with insurance companies, signing contracts/agreements, and providing full legal support in the insurance field; Ensuring the company's representation in court and arbitration.

Qualification requirements:

Higher legal education; Priority will be given to those with a lawyer's license (civil or general specialization); At least 1-2 years of work experience as a lawyer, preferably in the healthcare sector; Proficiency in office programs at the user level - especially Word, Outlook, Power Point;

Required knowledge:

Civil law (property, contractual, tort, and other); Administrative law (general administrative code, code of administrative offenses, and other); Civil and administrative procedural law; Business law and labor law; Civil and administrative court practice;

Personal competencies/skills:

High sense of responsibility; Analytical thinking; Problem identification and solving skills; Attention to detail; Organizational and disciplinary skills;

1. The Employer, based on the Candidate's present consent, declares that it will process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period within the framework of the following: "Sakartvelos Klinika" JSC (TIN 404476205) or any medical institution within its network (for the avoidance of doubt, a medical institution within the network means any profile company affiliated with and/or connected to "Sakartvelos Klinika" JSC and/or any company under its direct or indirect management (hereinafter - the Employer).

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information will be stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the event of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Furthermore, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), duration, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.

6. In order to implement a high standard of personal data protection and effectively manage/resolve any issues and problems arising in connection with the processing of personal data, the person submitting this consent is authorized to contact the Employer's Personal Data Protection Officer for consultation at any time and, based on the existing needs, receive qualified and operational service within the shortest possible period.
