Environmental Manager

The Center for Mental Health and Addiction Prevention announces a vacancy for the position of Environmental Manager at the Center for Mental Health and Addiction Prevention in Tbilisi.

It provides both outpatient and inpatient treatment in the field of mental health and addiction prevention, and implements state programs in psychiatric and addiction treatment.

Basic Requirements

• A certificate/diploma of a professional program in Environmental Management
• At least 2 years of experience working in the environmental field (experience in the medical sector is desirable);
• Knowledge of Georgian environmental legislation;
• Practical knowledge of waste management;
• MS Office skills

Main Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of environmental protection policy at the Center;
• Organization and control of medical waste management processes;
• Production of relevant documentation and uploading it to the electronic module;
• Communication with regulatory bodies and preparation of reports;
• Organization of employee trainings on environmental protection issues.
