New Auto Motors is seeking a responsible and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the company's inventory replenishment, warehouse operations, and supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing the procurement of auto parts, oils, tires, and technical products;
- Conducting market research and negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best terms;
- Analyzing inventory, forecasting needs, and ensuring timely replenishment;
- Controlling the quality and quantity of incoming products;
- Preparing and archiving procurement documentation (invoices, orders, transfer records);
- Interacting with local and international partners;
- Analyzing procurement efficiency and optimizing costs;
- Close collaboration with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
Work schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00-19:00 Remuneration: 1000-2000 GEL
