Main functions: Analysis and processing of project and architectural drawings Design of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems, taking into account the individual specifics of the object (area, purpose, design features) Accurate calculation of heat losses and loads using relevant engineering methodology Selection of suitable systems and preparation of technical recommendations (e.g., VRF systems, split systems, chillers, ventilation systems) based on the object's requirements Determination of the list and quantity of materials, equipment, pipelines, and insulation materials required for the project Periodic visits to objects and monitoring and control of installation and installation works provided for by the project Providing recommendations for the proper operation of commercial air conditioning Operational delivery of technical details, specifications, and project data to sales and project managers Budgeting and preparation of invoices Performance of other tasks related to the work at the instruction of the manager
Qualification requirements: Higher technical education (preferably in HVAC, construction, or engineering) At least 5 years of experience in designing HVAC systems and/or technical supervision Experience in performing thermal calculations Experience in selecting suitable HVAC solutions for commercial and residential facilities Experience in reading and compiling engineering drawings (AutoCAD or similar programs) Experience in budgeting and preparing invoice documentation High-level knowledge of MS Excel and project/engineering programs
Preference will be given to a candidate who has: Experience working with VRF/VRV CHILER systems Experience in premium or high-budget commercial projects
