"Architectoni" announces a vacancy for a Constructor position.

We are looking for a specialist with at least 2 years of work experience who can independently prepare structural project documentation for buildings and structures.

"Architectoni" is an architectural legal company operating in Georgia, working in the fields of architecture, structural engineering, design, urban planning, and construction law.

Our team specialists create full-fledged construction documentation and ensure the receipt of all necessary permits from relevant government agencies.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of technical tasks, architectural projects, and initial data;
• Selection of structural systems for buildings and structures, determination of loads, and performance of relevant calculations;
• Preparation of structural projects - processing of drawings, nodes, sections, and details in AutoCAD;
• Preparation of explanatory notes, material lists, and specifications;
• Ensuring compliance of projects with current norms and technical requirements;
• Coordination with architects and specialists from other fields;
• Processing of expert notes and making relevant changes to the project;
• Providing technical consultations on structural project-related issues during the construction process.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in civil engineering;
• At least 2 years of experience working as a constructor;
• Ability to work independently on structural projects - from analysis of initial data to preparation of full design documentation;
• Knowledge of structural calculation principles and relevant construction norms;
• Knowledge of drawing execution and formatting standards;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to agreed deadlines.
