Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and constantly monitor the sales strategy of the network, and draw up relevant plans; Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of stores, control and improve existing processes; Promote sales growth, analyze sales indicators, product balances, and inventory, and provide relevant reporting; Regularly monitor stores, identify existing needs and problems, and respond to them in a timely manner; Participate in the budgeting process of stores, control expenses, and identify opportunities for optimization; Control product inventory, price indicators, deadlines, inventory, and timely ordering processes; Monitor cash and financial operations, as well as compliance with operational and service standards implemented in the company; Study customer needs and requirements, and coordinate with relevant services; Regularly monitor the market and competitors, analyze received information, and prepare relevant recommendations; Initiate and coordinate with relevant services to improve the visual and operational environment of stores; Manage, support, and control the activities of subordinate employees, and provide feedback; Actively participate in employee selection, adaptation, evaluation, and professional development processes; Participate in planning and organizing processes for opening new stores; Prepare periodic reports, identify key challenges, and submit relevant recommendations to management.
