Main responsibilities: - Analysis of technical documentation, calculation of volumes, and detailed processing of BOQ according to construction projects; - Planning the project budget and preparing cost estimates; - Preparing a work schedule based on BOQ; - Researching market prices of works and materials, preparing and optimizing estimates; - Preparing tender packages, comparative analysis, and evaluation of incoming proposals; - Controlling current expenses, monitoring and analyzing compliance with cost estimates; - Preparing the act of performed construction works (form №2), searching, processing, and reflecting the necessary information; - Preparing the write-off act based on the act of performed construction works (form №2); - Comparing current construction and repair costs with budgeted costs during the construction process; - Preparing cost estimates for changes and participating in the approval process; - Close collaboration with technical, architectural, and engineering teams.
Qualification requirements: - Higher education (preferably in technical, financial, or exact sciences); - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of construction technologies (knowledge of facade systems will be considered an advantage); - Computer skills (MS Word & Excel, MS Project); - AutoCad/ ArchiCad (at the level of reading drawings/projects); - Working knowledge of English and Russian languages.
