Business Process Monitoring Specialist

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

"Archi" is looking for a Business Process Monitoring Specialist and its main functions will be:

• Participation in the development of business process monitoring policy;
• Monitoring, evaluation, analysis, and reporting of processes according to the policy and periodicity introduced in the company.
• Monitoring processes in real time and space (including completed and ongoing construction sites).
• Analysis of violations identified during monitoring, documentation, and preparation of recommendations for eliminating violations.
• Control of deadlines for implementing the issued recommendations.
• Maintaining a register of process violations and analyzing trends;
• Initiating necessary changes for optimization based on the analysis of existing processes and procedures (including using As-is and To-be models);
• Analysis of the compliance of different processes, standards, and policies;
• Periodic audit of existing process documents and preparation of recommendations for updating;
• Active communication and feedback with structural units involved in the business process;
• Identification of opportunities for process automation in CRM;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Business Administration);
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of English;
• High-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Visio.
