Employee Selection Specialist

Company "Zumeri" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Employee Selection Specialist.

Work conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Tsereteli Avenue;
• Type of employment: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday);
• Working hours: 10:00-19:00.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the entire employee selection process, plan and implement relevant stages;
• Determine appropriate methods for talent search;
• Participate in various talent attraction events;
• Plan and monitor the internship process;
• Participate in the onboarding process of new employees;
• Constantly work on employee development and satisfaction, plan and implement relevant processes;
• Analyze and report on the selection process;
• Participate in ongoing projects in the department.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Human Resource Management;
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a recruitment specialist in retail;
• Good knowledge of office computer programs, especially Excel;
• Conversational English.
