Brief job description:
- Managing the company's store network, developing short-term and long-term sales strategies;
- Conducting market research, determining its current potential, and assessing the actual level of development;
- Studying and analyzing products for sale; price analytics and optimization;
- Compiling annual and quarterly sales plans and presenting them to the direct supervisor; including focusing on portfolio growth.
- Developing a future vision for the organization's commercial interests, in terms of new market development, product and service improvement
- Preparing and presenting offers to customers, ensuring increased efficiency;
- Identifying customer needs/problems, redirecting them to relevant structural units, and monitoring timely fulfillment of requests;
- Generating new ideas to improve the service process;
- Involvement in the process of selecting/training employees in the store network.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a network of stores; (experience in the auto parts industry will be considered a priority)
