Construction Foreman

Main duties:

Planning the work process, which involves developing a project work plan with senior officials, creating a calendar plan for ongoing work, developing a plan for distributing and using work resources, and familiarizing subordinate personnel with the work plan;

Participating in and controlling the work process, specifically ensuring the progress of work and quality control, monitoring the proper and timely use of material and technical resources, and ensuring that subordinate personnel fulfill their assigned obligations properly and on time;

Recording and controlling the volume of work performed by subordinate employees;

Carrying out work in accordance with project documentation;

Preparing various acts during work production (Form 2, Form 3, hidden work act, work production journal, etc.);

Preparing notifications of necessary changes (variations) within the project, if necessary.

Necessary requirements:

Higher education;

At least 5 years of experience as a construction foreman (in the construction sector);

Knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel);

Ability to read project drawings correctly;

Knowledge of construction rules and regulations.

Necessary skills:

Responsible;

Disciplined;

Punctual;

Verbal and written communication skills.
