Job Description
- Installation, technical maintenance, and current / capital repair of contact network, supports, consoles, anchor nodes, catenary, and other elements
- Performing planned inspections, revisions, and preventive works of the contact network
- Timely detection and elimination of damages, malfunctions, and emergency situations
- Measurement and regulation of the contact network height, zigzag, tension, and other technical parameters
- Replacement and restoration of wires, insulators, clamps, fittings, and other elements
- Performing work at heights, while protecting means and safety requirements
- Ensuring safety measures at the workplace and strict adherence to electrical safety rules
- Control of the serviceability of individual and collective protection equipment, tools, and devices, and their correct use
- Performing work in accordance with the current norms of technical operation, labor safety, fire safety, and environmental protection
- Participation in emergency recovery work during day and night hours, if necessary
- Timely and quality performance of official tasks given by the immediate supervisor
Qualification Requirements
- Knowledge of the principles of contact network arrangement and operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- Knowledge of electrical safety, technical operation, and labor safety rules
- Experience working at heights
- High sense of teamwork and responsibility
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
