Head of Website
The IT company Andersen invites a Head of Website to join the team. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.
Responsibilities: – End-to-end website development: strategy, structure, launching new pages and landing pages, SEO/GEO, growing organic traffic and conversions. – Organizing web development and content publishing processes, supporting advertising campaigns. – Managing the team of SEO specialists, web developers, and other web-direction participants.
Requirements: – 5+ years of experience in web / digital marketing. – Successful cases of building or scaling websites. – Understanding of SEO, paid traffic, CRO, web analytics, and CMS. – Experience managing cross-functional teams. – English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.
Nice to have: – Experience in international SEO/GEO, managing distributed teams, and developing websites with a measurable contribution to B2B pipeline.
Compensation: 4000–5300 EUR per month.
