Main functions and responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and monitoring the results of spare parts and service sales strategy and plans; Analyzing sales results, market trends, and customer needs, identifying development opportunities; Developing pricing policy and commercial initiatives focused on sales growth; Developing and implementing new service products and service packages; Coordinating sales processes in branches and ensuring operational efficiency; Managing the sales team, evaluating performance, and promoting employee development.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education in business administration, management, or related fields; Work experience in spare parts and service; Experience in managing a team and commercial processes; Knowledge of English/Russian; High-level knowledge of office programs.
