Company "High-Tech Solutions" (HTS) is announcing a vacancy for the position of Junior IT Support Specialist. We are looking for a motivated beginner who wants to develop in the IT field.
Work location: Tbilisi / Remote work possible
Work schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00-18:00)
Main responsibilities
- Technical support for employees, remotely and onsite;
- Setting up computers, laptops, and printers;
- Microsoft 365 / Outlook: email accounts, signatures, password recovery;
- Installation and update of office programs;
- Troubleshooting simple network problems (Wi-Fi, LAN);
- Recording requests and transferring them to senior engineers if necessary.
Requirements
- Experience 0-1 year (students are also considered);
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi);
- Desire to learn, responsibility, and communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- A driver's license is desirable.
