Financial Generalist

"DESIGN MALL" is a design and renovation materials mall in Tbilisi, where customers can choose repair materials, furniture, and decor in one space, as well as receive services from professional designers and architects.

The company is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and analytically-minded Financial Generalist to effectively manage financial processes and continuously develop its activities. The successful candidate will join our team and actively participate in managing and controlling the company's daily financial operations.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00, with a 1-hour break

Remuneration: 1500-2000 GEL per month, considering the candidate's qualifications and professional experience.

Main responsibilities

• Recording and controlling the company's daily financial operations;

• Collecting, processing, and systematizing information on income and expenses;

• Checking and organizing received invoices, accounts, and other financial documentation;

• Monitoring settlements with suppliers and partners;

• Recording and controlling receivables and payables;

• Preparing information for banking operations and transfers;

• Reconciling daily and monthly financial data;

• Preparing financial tables and periodic reports using Excel;

• Timely delivery of financial documentation to the accountant and coordination with them;

• Preparing and presenting financial information to management;

• Identifying discrepancies in financial documentation and providing information to relevant individuals;

• Compliance with the company's internal financial procedures and established deadlines.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration will be considered an advantage;

• Experience working in a financial or administrative position will be considered an advantage;

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel;

• Ability to process financial documentation and control data accuracy;

• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

• Organizational skills, time management, and teamwork skills;

• Ability to quickly learn new programs and work processes.
