Job Description:

• Position: Senior Client Services and Accounting Group
• Location: Poti
• Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00)
• Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (Business Administration, Marketing or Finance).
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, client relations, and accounting (including at least 1 year of experience in a team management/lead position).
• Russian and English language proficiency at a minimum intermediate level;
• Software skills: Experience working with CRM/ERP systems, high-level knowledge of MS Excel (Power BI skills are a plus).
• Skills: Active sales skills, negotiation, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development and implementation of a strategy for attracting new clients.
• Communication with potential clients, conducting presentations, preparing commercial offers, and negotiations.
• Agreement on contract terms and closing deals.
• Cross-sell & Up-sell: Working with existing clients to offer them additional products and services.
• Participation in planning marketing campaigns (discounts, special offers).
• Quick processing of leads (potential clients) received within the campaigns and converting them into sales.
• Full management of the client base, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Timely preparation and sending of invoices, acceptance and transfer acts, and comparison reports.
• Daily control and management of client settlements, balances, and accounts receivable.
• Prompt resolution of problematic cases, complaints, and misunderstandings.
• Distribution of service and accounting tasks among group members.
• Regular reporting to management on contracts, sales dynamics, revenue, and accounts receivable.
• Market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
