The company "New Vision Rehabilitation Center" is announcing a vacancy for a Registrar position.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Dighmi massif, Ljubljana st. №11 Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 Salary: 1000 GEL per month, paid in cash

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide effective service to patients; Manage all activities related to the cash desk; Organize patient appointments and redirect them to the relevant person; Control the live queue in case of patients arriving without an appointment; Monitor incoming calls and provide accurate information to patients; Make administrative calls; Have thorough knowledge of existing services and their characteristics; Comply with service standards in the company; Accurately complete and monitor statistics daily.

Qualification requirements:

Desirable experience working in a similar position; Necessary knowledge of office programs; Necessary conversational knowledge of foreign languages.

Personal skills:

Ability to manage time effectively; Communication skills; Ability to analyze problems, react quickly, and make decisions; Organizational skills and attention to detail.
