The "Megaline" shopping center is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Economic Service.

"Megaline" is a multifunctional shopping complex located in the central district of the city. Our team is aimed at helping various types of businesses and offering office, commercial, and retail spaces.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Didube, R. Agladze 15

Working hours: Full-time - from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Qualification requirements:

The candidate must have experience in directly participating in construction work production and coordinating processes; Ability to work and manage with a team; Ability to make quick decisions in case of force majeure.

Responsibilities:

To lead the economic service; To compile employees' work schedules; To assign all necessary mechanical work to the employees of the economic service; To comply with the labor, technical, fire safety, and other safety rules established by the employer; To monitor the proper functioning of meters; To monitor the placement of advertising signs in pavilions; To be aware of events happening in the shopping and business center in order to timely inform the administration about the problem; To perform other necessary tasks assigned by the employer within his competence.
