Technical Manager

HR Employment Agency is seeking a Technical Manager for a mall located in Tbilisi. This position is designed for a professional who can provide full technical support to the facility, ensure safety standards are met, manage repair and installation works, and effectively lead a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full technical support for the mall;

• Ensure and control the proper functioning of technical means at the facilities;

• Constantly monitor workspaces, assess risks, and identify hazards (including identifying and recording hazardous technical means);

• Ensure safety of engineering, fire, and electrical wiring, ensure proper and safe operation; timely response in emergency situations;

• Constant communication with third parties, including tenants, provide technical support, and coordinate with relevant services;

• Determine the competencies of the subordinate technical team, control the work performed. Make decisions related to human resources within the competence.

• Compile, distribute, and control the work schedule of technical service employees; identify and respond promptly to violations of disciplinary norms and poor performance of job duties;

• Manage the entire process of repair, installation, and construction works to be carried out at the facilities (find contractors, manage documentation, procurement process);

• Check engineering or repair/installation drawings, as well as material specifications based on agreed conditions;

• Ensure compliance with contract terms when transferring leased premises to tenants and control the transfer; provide technical support to tenants during repair works and coordinate with relevant services.

• Ensure compliance with labor safety requirements established by Georgian legislation.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree - required)

• At least 4-5 years of work experience as a Technical Manager. Preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector

• Native-level proficiency in Georgian

• Knowledge of MS Office programs

Work Schedule: 5 working days (no more than 40 hours per week), 10:00 - 19:00;
