Production Supervisor

"Situationist" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Production Supervisor.

Work conditions

• Schedule: Monday to Friday;
• Location: Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily processes of the atelier and production;
• Distribute work tasks among seamstresses and contractors, monitor deadlines and quality;
• Determine the need for fabrics, materials, and resources for production and coordinate the purchasing process;
• Communicate with suppliers, compare offers, and agree on delivery terms;
• Keep records of material stocks, production costs, and relevant documentation;
• Coordinate international and local shipments, courier services, and customs procedures if needed;
• Organize the packaging and sending process of finished products;
• Collaborate with accounting and other involved parties to provide operational information and reporting.

Qualification requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production, operations, logistics, or procurement;
• Experience in the textile, clothing production, or fashion industry will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of organizing and coordinating production, procurement, and logistics processes;
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers and partners;
• Ability to prepare operational and financial reports and produce documentation;
• Basic knowledge of international shipments and customs procedures;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel;
• Perfect knowledge of English (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage);
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to plan and manage time effectively;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage several processes in parallel.
