LLC "Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of the Legal Department.

Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo

Working hours: Full-time (10:00 - 18:30)

Remuneration: To be agreed upon, according to experience and qualifications.

Functions and responsibilities:

Provide legal consultations to the company and prepare legal conclusions; Prepare, review, and conduct legal expertise of contracts and other legal documents; Compile, agree, and provide legal support during negotiations of various types of contracts (sales, rental, service, project, and others); Represent the company and protect its interests in state bodies, court authorities, and in relations with individuals and legal entities; Constantly monitor legislative changes related to the company's activities and prepare relevant recommendations; Identify, assess, manage, and plan preventive measures for legal risks related to construction and development projects; Ensure legal support for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and registration of real estate in public registries and local self-government bodies; Prepare internal legal documents of the company (orders, decisions, regulations, etc.); Provide legal support and consultations to the company's departments; Conduct negotiations on legal issues with existing and potential partners/clients; Organize the activities of the legal department, manage processes, and coordinate the team.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in law (master's degree is considered an advantage); At least 3 years of professional experience in the legal field; Experience working in the real estate, construction, development, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors will be considered an advantage; In-depth knowledge of civil, administrative, contractual, and real estate law; Practical experience working with state bodies, public registries, and court authorities; Communicative knowledge of English and Russian; Effective use of MS Office programs.
