Alta's subsidiary company, Techpoint, announces a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator in the service department.

Workplace: A. Beliashvili's 104 Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00

Main functions and responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls if necessary to return feedback; Timely response to information calls; Thorough knowledge and protection of service standards; Providing complete consultation to the customer and providing information on warranty conditions and post-sales service; Correct redirection of the customer if necessary; Recording and sorting of incoming calls according to issues.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education is desirable; Experience working in an identical position is required; Conversational knowledge of English and/or Russian; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office).

Personal skills:

Ability to work in a team; Communication skills; Developed verbal and written skills; Responsibility.
