Job Description - Providing services to WM clients as defined by the WM concept (operational, credit, investment, insurance products, and operations); - Timely, accurate, and error-free production of operations; - Development of client relationships, increasing loyalty - Providing competent, operational, and error-free information to clients on account opening procedures and documentation, as well as on all aspects related to transactions and bank products. - Supporting clients in any banking operations and solving their banking problems. - Analyzing client requests, providing product recommendations, and offering the most favorable product. - Providing clients with operational and accurate information on new products and technologies in an acceptable form and regularity. Supplying clients with financial and other relevant information about the bank. - Providing offers to potential clients in the established form and standards, including electronic presentations. Organized production of feedback from potential clients, timely telephone and written response. - Effective organization of work to be performed - Providing explanations to internal audit representatives regarding the audit object - Performing the functions of an intermediary between a WM individual client and the bank, in case of interest from the client's side in other bank products (except WM products for individuals); - Informing the immediate supervisor about problems in the service process. - Temporary performance of additional functions in accordance with received tasks.

Qualifications - Higher education (economics/finance preferred, master's degree in MBA also preferred); - At least 3 years of experience working as a personal banker in a bank; - In-depth knowledge of standards and instructions required for serving WM clients; - Knowledge of English and Russian languages; - High-level proficiency in office computer programs (MS Office); - Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, processes, service technologies, and tariffs, as well as knowledge of competitive advantages; - Familiarity with the bank's technological products; - Presentation and sales skills, with experience in applying them. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
